House urbanistically responds to pre-existing build-up area and enviroment. Object is architecturally conceived as simple rectangle ground plan with saddle roof and plastic facade. It's designed as one storey without basement, with ground floor and residential loft. It consists of lobby, technological room, toilet with shower cabin, living room with dining room and kitchen. In the loft there are three rooms and a bathroom with toilet. Living areas are oriented to the south-west side and overlooking the street.
